Pricing FAQs
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No credit card, no trial period. Free covers one person organising up to ten items with 4 GB of document storage. You can stay on free indefinitely. Premium unlocks unlimited items and the family space when you're ready.
How does the per-family price work?
₹499 a year covers your entire household — up to eight members on a single Premium subscription. Anyone in your family can be the owner. There's no per-seat math.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. After that the subscription is non-refundable but you can cancel any time and continue using Premium until the end of the period.
What happens if I downgrade from Premium to Free?
Your data stays. You'll keep read access to everything you've added. New additions are limited by Free quotas (10 items, 4 GB) until you upgrade again.
Do you offer an annual discount or family pricing?
Premium is already annual at a single household price (₹499/year for up to 8 members). We do not run percent-off campaigns — the price is the price.
How do payments work in India?
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and netbanking via our payment provider (Razorpay). All transactions are in INR. You will receive a GST-compliant invoice for each renewal.
